The Total Body Workout Program
Our fitness boot camp is a four week exercise
program that works every major muscle in the body.
The design is to improve your overall strength,
flexibility and endurance. The workouts take place
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Gratitude Yoga
| Holsome, 27 Witherspoon St, Princeton, NJ.
We use interval training to keep everyone moving
and to keep the workouts interesting. No two
workouts are ever the same. And we work together
as a group motivating one another to do our best.


Complete Nutrition Program
Using simple math - eating three meals a day works out to be over 1,000
times per year. There aren't many things that have more impact on your
health than your diet. Healthy and Fit Boot Camp covers the diet in depth
so our choices have a positive effect. Members keep a diet journal and get
a one on one consultation covering eating healthy and the nutrition guide

The registration fee is $195 per person.
The boot camp meet three times a week for four weeks for a total of 12
sessions. The cost is less than $20 per session ($195/12 session = $16.25
per session). This is a great value for instructed workouts that will really
make a difference in how you look and feel. Compare this price to the cost
of an experienced personal trainer at $65 to $95 per session.

Healthy & Nutritious Diet Program

Weights, balls, fitness bands,
walls, benches, steps, bars, mats,
ropes, tires and our own body
weight provide everything we need
to challenge the muscles and
improve our strength. Relays,
sport drills and calisthenics gets
the heart rate up and improves
endurance. Time is spent during
each session stretching the body
to improve flexibility.
There is an assessment in the beginning of the program and the same
measurements are taken at the end to see your results. It does not
matter where you start as long as you know where you want to go and
what you want to achieve.
